If an employee receives the "Registration Failed" error when trying to complete registration in the EziMobile app, follow these steps:
Check Internet Connection
Ensure the device has a stable internet connection, either via Wi-Fi or mobile data.Verify Company Reference and Employee Number
Confirm that the Company Reference and Employee Number entered are correct. These details should be provided by the employee’s manager.
If both the internet connection and login details are correct and the error persists, the issue may require support intervention.
